✨ Studio Policies ✨ Advanced Aesthetics & Cosmetic Tattoo: Thank you for choosing our studio for your aesthetic investment. We pride ourselves on delivering elevated, results-driven treatments in a serene, luxury environment. To maintain this standard and respect the time reserved exclusively for you, the following policies are strictly enforced. ⸻——————————————— Appointment Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation. A strict 15-minute grace period is permitted. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited from transferring over to another date/time. Late arrivals compromise the integrity of our schedule and the experience of other guests. Full service fees still apply to shortened appointments due to tardiness. ⸻——————————————— No Children / No Additional Guests: To preserve a calm, sanitary, and focused treatment environment: • No children are permitted. • No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room. Advanced facial treatments and Cosmetic tattooing require concentration, precision, and sterile conditions. ⸻——————————————— Deposits & Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $25 (All Facials, Lashes, Brows) $50 (Treatments & Peels), or 20% (Cosmetic Tattoo) is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. One-Time Courtesy Transfer: With sufficient notice and a valid reason, your deposit may be transferred one (1) time only to reschedule your appointment. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. This is a one-time courtesy extended at our discretion. ⸻——————————————— 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask that all cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid at the time of booking. The deposit will not be refunded, transferred, credited, or applied toward a future appointment. In addition, a 20% late-cancellation fee of the scheduled service total may be charged for cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window. Last-minute cancellations and changes prevent us from offering the appointment time to another client and result in lost business availability. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policies. With sufficient notice and a valid reason, East Coast Luxe Studio may offer a one-time courtesy transfer of the original deposit toward a rescheduled appointment. This courtesy transfer is offered at the studio’s discretion and does not constitute a refund or credit. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. —————————————————— Rescheduling Limit: While we understand that plans may change, repeated rescheduling creates scheduling difficulties and prevents us from consistently accommodating other clients. Appointments may be canceled by East Coast Luxe Studio after three (3) rescheduling requests, even when each request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After three (3) rescheduling requests, the appointment will be canceled and a new appointment may only be booked at the studio’s discretion. A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment. This policy applies regardless of whether the rescheduling requests were made within the 24-hour cancellation window. Last-minute changes and repeated rescheduling prevent us from accommodating other clients and are considered a business inconvenience ⸻——————————————— Promotional Pricing & Rescheduling Policy: Promotional pricing is offered for a limited time and is reserved for clients who book and secure their appointment during the promotional period. Once a promotional appointment has been rescheduled, the promotional rate is not guaranteed indefinitely. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be permitted, provided the request is made in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Promotional pricing may only be honored for one rescheduled appointment. Any additional rescheduling requests may result in the promotional price being forfeited, and the appointment will be subject to the current regular service price at the time of the new appointment. Promotional pricing is not intended to be carried forward indefinitely through repeated rescheduling. Prices, promotions, and service rates are subject to change, and the price available at the time of the new appointment may differ from the original promotional price. After three (3) rescheduling requests, East Coast Luxe Studio reserves the right to cancel the appointment. Any future booking will be subject to the current service pricing and a new deposit. By booking a promotional appointment, the client acknowledges that the promotional rate is tied to the promotional booking period and is subject to these rescheduling terms. —————————————————— No-Show Policy: A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or communication. No-shows are subject to the following: • The original booking deposit is immediately forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable. • A 20% no-show fee based on the scheduled service total may also be charged. • Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full for all future appointments. • East Coast Luxe Studio reserves the right to restrict or permanently disable future online booking privileges for clients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointments. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Providing notice does not guarantee a deposit transfer or waiver of applicable fees, but allows us the opportunity to accommodate our schedule and other clients. We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen; however, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect our ability to serve others. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Show Policy. ⸻——————————————— Cosmetic Tattoo Specific Policies: Cosmetic tattoo is a meticulous, custom treatment and requires client commitment. Touch-Up Policy: • Initial touch-ups must be completed within the recommended timeframe (typically 6–8 weeks unless otherwise advised). • Touch-ups scheduled outside the recommended window will be charged at the current touch-up rate. • All cosmetic tattooing is a minimum two-session process. Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, sun exposure, and aftercare compliance. ⸻——————————————— Previous Cosmetic Tattoo: Clients with previous work must submit clear photos prior to booking and receive approval. Failure to disclose previous work done may result in appointment cancellation without refund. ⸻——————————————— Results & Expectations: We do not guarantee: • Exact pigment retention • Identical color results • Perfect symmetry (natural facial asymmetry exists) Adjustments are addressed at your scheduled touch-up appointment. Cosmetic tattooing is an art form and a collaborative process. ⸻——————————————— Medical Disclosure: Clients must disclose if they: • Are pregnant or nursing • Have diabetes • Have autoimmune conditions • Take blood thinners • Have taken Accutane within the last 6 months • Are prone to keloid scarring • Have active skin infections or cold sores (for lip services) Failure to disclose medical conditions voids liability and may result in refusal of service without refund. ⸻——————————————— Aftercare Responsibility: Proper pre-care and aftercare are essential for optimal healing and pigment retention. Pre-care and aftercare guidelines are sent upon booking - check email and read through it before your scheduled appointment date. Failure to follow instructions may impact results and require additional paid sessions. ⸻——————————————— Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of aesthetic and cosmetic tattooing services: • All services are final sale. • No refunds will be issued. • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for refund. ⸻——————————————— Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who: • Is not a suitable candidate • Arrives intoxicated • Displays disrespectful behavior • Fails to follow studio policies Our studio prioritizes professionalism, sanitation, and a luxury experience for every guest.
